Free shipping for U.S. orders $100 and over

Shipping Information

We currently only offer shipping to the the United States. Products are shipped from and made in our studio located in Florida.

Orders totaling $100 or more will qualify for Free Standard Shipping to domestic US shipping addresses.

Chicfetti ships most orders via USPS and may change carriers at our discretion.

When will my order ship?

Most of our non-personalized products ship in 1-3 business days. Our personalized products ship in 3-5 business days. Each product page has a shipping tab on it that states the processing time for that specific product. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to the email address you used a checkout. If you didn’t receive a shipping notification, make sure you check your spam mail as it may have gone in there.

When you have multiple products in your cart, the item with the longest production time will establish when your order is ready for shipping. If you are in a rush and need to have items ship separately, please send us an email and let us know. A separate shipping cost will be charged to you for separate shipments.

When will I receive my order?

Processing time + shipping time = arrival time. If a product processes in 2-3 business days and you picked priority 2-3 day shipping then your order should take a maximum of 6 business days to arrive to you. Please keep these time periods in time when placing your order and determining if something will arrive to you in time for your event.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.


Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided during purchase. You can use the tracking number to track the package on the USPS website.

Late Deliveries

Occasionally packages will be delayed in delivery. If the tracking number shows that it has been accepted by the post office, it is beyond our control. We are not responsible for late deliveries. If your order has not been received within 10 days of shipping, please contact us.

Please note all time calculations are calculated in business days not regular days. When calculating time frames please exclude holidays and weekends.
