We currently only offer shipping to the the United States. Products are shipped from and made in our studio located in Florida.
When will my order ship?
All of our non-personalized products ship in 1-3 business days. Our personalized products ship in 5-7 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to the email address you used a checkout. If you didn’t receive a shipping notification, make sure you check your spam mail as it may have gone in there.
If your order contains a personalized item, your order will not be shipped out until the personalized item is complete. If you are in a rush and need to have items ship separately, please send us an email and let us know. A separate shipping cost will be charged to you for separate shipments.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped by USPS first class and priority shipping and are usually received in 2-5 business days after the order shipped.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided during purchase. You can use the tracking number to track the package on the USPS website.
Occasionally packages will be delayed in delivery. If the tracking number shows that it has been accepted by the post office, it is beyond our control. We are not responsible for late deliveries. If your order has not been received within 10 days of shipping, please contact us.
Please note all time calculations are calculated in business days not regular days. When calculating time frames please exclude holidays and weekends.
