How can I track my order?
An email with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also check the status of you order by logging into your account. You can also email us regarding order status.
What is the processing time for my order?
We ship fast! Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Most personalized items process within 5-7 business days and other personalized items such as custom printed place cards can take a bit longer. Each individual product description includes that product's processing time. Processing is calculated in business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, 3 business days from then is Thursday so your order should be shipped Thursday. However, keep in mind if you place your order on the weekend, a holiday or past 2pm ET, processing time begins the following business day. For example, if a non-personalized order is placed at 3:00pm on Monday, it will ship by the following Friday.
Do you offer rush processing?
In some cases we can offer rush processing for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering and let us know that you need rush processing.
When can I expect my order?
Delivery times are calculated as such: processing time + shipping time = delivery time. For example, processing time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (2-3 day USPS priority shipping) = 6 business days from the date you ordered for your order to arrive to you
How can I change or cancel my order?
Our system automatically processes your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we may not be able to make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted. Please Email us as soon as possible regarding cancelling or changing your order and we can let you know if we can accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be altered in any way.
Does Chicfetti offer coupon codes, promotions or other deals?
Yes, we do. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we have a sale or promotion.
Can I send a gift message with my order?
Yes. Please type your gift message in the notes box at checkout. We can only offer one gift message per order.
What is the correct way to list initials for a monogram?

Do you accept custom orders?
We accept custom orders depending on our current work load. If you have something custom that you would like made, send us an email.
